Drawing Tools

When using site tools there are drawing features coupled which each tool. There is the ability to snap points to already existing objects and to specify length or angle to a polyline or polygon.

Length:

• Press L or on the upper input bar when using a polyline or polygon tool to set an exact segment length.

Angle

• Press A or on the upper input bar when using a polyline or polygon tool to set the exact next segment angle.

‍

Snap:

• The snapping tool is snapping polyline or polygon vetices to:
  
  • Midpoint
  • Perpendicular points on another segment
  • Corner points
  • Extended segment vectors of original and other segments
• Press Shift to disable the snapping and draw freely.
